Favorite houses from 2023

I have photographed hundreds of houses over the years for number of different clients. The reality of real estate is that I would argue that most of it is not showing up in Luxury Home or in interior design magazines. Most of the houses that I shoot in Worcester and the surrounding communities are not professionally staged. A lot of them are lived in and some of those are “do what you can,” scenarios. In the last few years I have opened doors to find guns laying on beds, dead animals in long-empty rooms, all manner of garbage piles in corners and a lot of “can you shoot around that?” I spend A LOT of time in scary New England basements.

Some houses, though, are just easy. Here are some of the houses from 2023 where I walked in, put on a podcast, and did not worry about moving anything or being haunted.
