How you market a home makes all the difference in how fast it sells and how much it sells for. Most people make the decision to attend an open house based on photographs that they see on a site like Zillow or MLS. The vast majority of people view these images on a smartphone which means that you have a very limited time and space to entice a potential buyer. Great photography allows a potential buyer to see a house as their home. Real estate photography might not sell a house (though in today’s market - who knows) but it WILL get people in the door.
